Great, helpful and friendly service. Mark was great and so was the finance guy.
Mark Baglole was the salesman 'assisting' me when I was looking at a Colorado last week. He was very condescending and dismissive. When it was time to talk numbers in his office he basically just handed me his business card while looking past me at other customers that had entered the showroom. The truck I wanted was on their lot but I have instead bought from Champion Chev in Trail even though it is not readily available on their lot. DO NOT GO HERE I bought a 2018 Chevy Silverado 5.3 from them. I’m a single mom with no family. I put 10000$ down payment and traded my car in. Their sales staff LIED to me about if the truck went down to 4 cylinders or not. If you know anything about these trucks, if it goes down to 4 cylinders the lifters can fail. They LIED about the work they did before they sold it to me. The Warrenty they sold me isn’t even taken at all GMC dealerships.
