They answer their phones! Added an accessory to my new Buick Envision. Appointment was easy to get and they did a superb job.
I will not be coming back here because of Michael Valenzuela the assistant service manager. You can tell he hates his job and has a very short temper. I hope he is able to find a job he enjoys that way he stops spreading his misery on others. My thoughts go out to all the staff who have to work with him all day, to the men who've dealt with his arrogance and the woman who deals with his misogyny.
