The wrong hardware was used to fix the problem and you refused to put a part on that I had to remove to keep. It from getting damaged. I think you should start QC on your Techs. The detail we wear supposed to receive was done with a dirty dusty rag that spread dust everywhere. We left with a car that was dirtier than it was when we arrived there.
