The customer service was excellent. I brought my vehicle in due to check engine light and not properly shifting gearshift. I was charged $1165 dollars for the repairs and given the okay to drive home which was Friday, drove vehicle for two days and Monday the vehicle was having the same problems. I have to bring it back and pray things can be resolved without being charged additional fees and not miss work.
They are amazing and very knowledgeable people especially the service department! Special thanks to Mr. Will and the technician Ethan.
When I pull up I was greeted very well. The gentleman told me which station to go to, and someone will be there shortly. Young man showed up took my keys, ask my name. Then he looked over the vehicle, told me it would be about an hour. It was completed less than an hour. I went there for a recall on the airbag on the passenger side. I was very satisfied with the service and their attitude.
I showed up 45 minutes early and they let me check-in early. I waited at the dealership. Great communication and car was ready in half the time expected before the actual start of my original appointment time. Great customer service.
