Went for complimentary state inspection, said wipers were bad. Not because they were ripped or worn but because they left a streak. Which most likely could have been wiped with an alcohol pad. All of which was a ploy to get me to buy $40 wiper blades. I get the idea behind this financially for the dealership, but it’s made me think differently about this dealership. It seems deceptive and bait and switch type feelings. I agreed to buy wipers at a reduced cost but then it took them 45 min to put them on and write the sticker.... read more
We had some issues at first, but the Management Team at C Harper Buick worked with us until we were completely satisfied even providing a loaner vehicle while our car was in for service! In the end it was a great experience!
Rob in the service department provided excellent communication keeping me in the loop with my company vehicle. His effort to get all the billing and parts approved was top notch.
