Kristen is very helpful and responsive. And the service was done completely and quickly. Great service.
Terrible customer service. They also lied about several things being wrong with my vehicle. Service rep was Juan Flores but I wouldn't trust anybody there. The whole place is shady.
I have visited this dealership for an oil change in the past and experienced a lengthy wait of 2.5 hours, despite being one of the first customers in the morning. This was surprising, as I expected the process to take a maximum of 45 minutes, even without an appointment. While I understand that this is a dealership setting, it was concerning to see such a long wait time when it didn't seem busy. Ask for Alberio at service. Communicated daily about the repair, kept costs very reasonable and got the old work truck taken care of in 2 days.
