So disappointing to make arrangements and schedule an oil change and tire rotation. Get there before hand to be advised that there are 14 cars before mine and the wait time would be approximately 4 hours!! No consideration whatsoever and a big disappointment overall. CAUTION- THERE'S ONLY 3 TECHNICIANS TO WORK ON SERVICES. Save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle to be serviced with professional people that adhere to your appointment!
