6-6-26 was my second visit for service for routine maintenance oil change. They were honest with approximately how long the wait would be since I did not make an appt. I was not in a hurry. Very friendly service guys and were not pushy as to adding on any extra services that may have been needed.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in January, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The vehicle was brought back to the dealership 6 times and kept in their possession for months for concerns, yet the underlying issue was never properly diagnosed or addressed. After seeking a second opinion from Subaru, I was informed that the vehicle had a failed crank bearing that ultimately led to catastrophic engine damage. Kristen is very helpful and responsive. And the service was done completely and quickly. Great service.
Terrible customer service. They also lied about several things being wrong with my vehicle. Service rep was Juan Flores but I wouldn't trust anybody there. The whole place is shady.
