Bought a GMC SUV from Koons and it had many issues. Over $10.000 of things that should have been noticed before it was sold to me. I G fix them all.
The service area works very well, especially Kevin, that's my advisor.
I go to I.G.Burton for any work that my car needs. I’ve done so since purchasing it in 2014. I have worked with Sandy Greenstein, in the Service Department, with the exception of a couple of times. He works well and keeps me abreast of what is going on. He arranged for Lyft rides, since I needed to leave my car and for my return. I appreciate his work. (As someone else mentioned in another review it’s pricey, but the work is done well and reliable.)
