The customer service when buying I car saw online had no sense of urgency trying to help get the vehicle I was interested in. Then didn't cancel my appointment when vehicle wasn't ready to view and,also treated me like I couldn't afford it. Never will I even try to go here I felt unvalued and disappointed down the road is taking care of me now at sheehy Nissan and they are amazing and keeping on top of their appointments
I’ve had some pretty bad experiences with service departments and I’m happy to say that this place restored my faith in dealership service departments. They were incredible friendly and helpful. An inspector told me I needed a part replaced and they did a thorough inspection and then informed me that the part didn’t need replacing at all. They could’ve tried to sell me in a part I didn’t need but they didn’t. This is my go-to service center for my GMC now.
Bought a GMC SUV from Koons and it had many issues. Over $10.000 of things that should have been noticed before it was sold to me. I G fix them all.
