Bought a 2025 enclave only to get it home and realize the back window did not roll down. Called for service and was fit in the next day. My case was assigned to Sandy who went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure he kept me informed throughout the process, got me a loaner car that I originally was told wasn't available, and even made sure my car was completed before the quoted time.
