Sandy told me when I arrived that the recall work would take about four hours. He asked me if I had a ride. I said no I was going to wait. He said I’ll see what I can do to get this done quickly. They called me within two hours and the job was complete. Service was great.
Great service as always. My service manager, Kevin Prodoehl of 5+ years is excellent. He always keeps me informed of my vehicle and gives recommendations that I trust are in best interest of the 3 vehicles I bring there for service.
Brennan did a great job keeping me informed, although they didn't find anything wrong, I'm relieved my vehicle is running
