The entire service department is professional, honest, and truly committed to customer satisfaction. I recently purchased a new truck from GMC Watertown. Mike Kecki was phenomenal and made my experience enjoyable. I think dealers tend to have a reputation of being pushy and persistent, however Mike wasn’t like this. He was more understanding and I truly felt he did everything he could to get me the best deal possible. Marcia is the best part of that dealership, she's welcoming to all customers and pleasant to deal with. Everyone else acts more bothered by customers existence than appreciative of them! I have been there a few times now and not once has that changed so it wasn't just an "off" day. They act robotic and don't seem to take your concerns or feedback seriously.
