10/10 would not recommend. The service advisor was condescending and adamant that I pay for things that I didn't need. Never assume that someone doesn't have knowledge in this day and age. I have worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years and the scare tactics used to sell services don't work on me and once the advisor realized that they weren't up selling me I was instantly treated as a nuisance instead of a paying customer still having work done at the dealership.
I had a great experience leasing my new vehicle at GMC of Watertown. The staff made the leasing process seamless, transparent, and professional from start to finish. Highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!
Ian was very helpful. I thought I needed an alignment. He took it for a ride. And he felt that an alignment wasn't necessary . He rotated tires. It fixed the problems. Great customer service. I am leaving a 2nd review to the service department at gmc watertown ct.. Ian is a great service advisor. I always feels he goes the extra mile for me I give him and the service department 5 starts amazing customer service. 😀
The service department is amazing. Bryan is very knowledgeable and professional. I give 5 stars because the whole team deserves it.
