I’m appalled by the way I was treated throughout my experience with this dealership, specifically by Joe. I had been consistently and clearly communicating my strong interest in purchasing a specific truck, consistently offering to place a deposit multiple times to “lock it in” — regardless of being told it was in reconditioning. Joe repeatedly told me he’d keep me posted, which gave me every reason to believe I was in line the serious buyer.
