I recently purchased a truck from GMC of Rochester. The initial sales experience was good, but things quickly went south. During the test drive, I noticed a low tire warning. The sales rep took the truck to service while I completed paperwork. When I went to leave, the tire was still low. The rep claimed the TPMS needed a few revolutions to update, which was nonsense. I was involved in purchasing a vehicle from them. They claimed they were helping me out. At first, I thought they were going to be helpful. The deal fell through. Then they texted me about a vehicle that would fit my budget. So, I agreed to buy it. They sent the paperwork to my attorney and knew this could take up to 7 days. They informed me no problem.
