Sent him trade details and asked for best price on the gmc. Then your typical salesman bs started to happen. Strike 1: low ball trade offer. I really enjoyed my experience. I was in and out with my truck no hassle.
Recently discovered hidden fees when we decided to return our lease vehicle. Not happy
Been less than a year on this brand new GMC Yukon and its been nothing but problems. No AC, blown amp, media center not working. Don't expect their service department to be flexible or help out much either. Sales is great till you're off the lot and need them to step in and help out. Update: The problem is beyond this dealership its spans to poor quality of GMC vehicles and their policies to address issues.
