He showed me all the cars I wanted to see and even other options. He took so much time with me even when I couldn't decide on a color. He was so patient and kind. First time ever buying and financing a vehicle from a dealer. 2020 Sierra Denali, our sales rep Sophia was awesome. She helped make the whole proccess quick and easy. She was knowledgeable of the products and very professional every step of the way. The manager Scott was a stand up, no B/S guy. 10/10 would recommend.
We bought a beautiful pre-owned truck from Sophia (sales associate)and Scott (s manager) great people that care. Steven the finance manger did a wonderful job with transparency and efficiency. We will definitely recommend friends and family.
The process for buying my new GMC Sierra was the best. No pressure and Issac was great to work with. I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Very frustrated with the dealership. Prob one of the worst I have seen in my life. We agreed on an OTD price just to have the finance manager somehow add to it last minute without any added line items. And now, I have made 5 phone calls about my temp tags expiring and Everytime, they say they will get back to you but no response. The tags expire today and still waiting on a response from them. Do not go there because the service pre and post purchase is 180 degrees apart.
