Bought a 2006 Buick with32K as is . They deleted EVAP codes that only occur w/ 1/2 tank gas & painted over big damage in drivers corner that came off after a wash/wax. Buyers beware...these guys are slime!

Service dept or service managers don't respond to emails. Once service advisors get your money, they don't want to know you anymore if there is a problem. Will never return there or refer anyone there & I know a lot of people in the service & collision industry.
Took our Silverado 2500 HD to Texan for an alignment. We have a n extended warranty thru Ally. They told us it needed tie rods and a few other front end parts and that our warranty only paid $130 an hour labor but Texan charged $210. We would have to pay the difference. We okayed that. They had an Ally inspector come and look at out truck. Texan told us he was coming to make sure the DEF sensor were in a certain range, as we had a check engine light on that indicted DEF tank and sensors were bad. Have been taking our vehicle to Leachman, for oil changes and tire rotations for 15 years. Generally, the service became lacking when our vehicle was returned to us with the lug nuts we had on our vehicle, were switched out (7 0f the 20) with a lower class / less decorative one. When calling back to talk with Service Department, never received a call back.
We recently went to Laura to trade our truck that we bought from Laura brand new. We are extremely disappointed. It is polar opposite of the experience we had when we bought our truck in 21. This place throws you off to do everything yourself online if you need a refund for anything.
