I purchased a 25 Chevy Traverse earlier this year from Don Hewlett. Our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. Fast forward to 4000 miles and a brake sensor came on so I took it in for service. To make a long story short, I was given the run around by Justin regarding a repair. I believe they kept putting us at the back of the line since it was covered under the certified pre-owned warranty.
