I recently brought my GMC Yukon in for a 15,000-mile service and was shocked by the final bill — over $800 for what was supposed to be a routine maintenance visit including an oil change and inspection. The dealership recommended and charged for several additional services without clearly explaining which items were actually required by GMC and which were just optional upsells.
