We somehow lost the key to our locking lug nuts. DJ in the service department was amazing in taking care of us by figuring out a solution where we didn’t have to pay a bunch of labor just to get the regular lugs put on.
Roberto Romero was our sales agent and he went out of his way to help us find the truck we were looking for at the best price possible. We went to multiple dealerships looking for a GMC Sierra Denali and hands down this was the best experience. We didn’t get hassled with multiple back and forths (“let me talks to my manager”), he just gave us the best price available and even looked for better discounts. We didn’t know a Boeing discount existed - no one else told us! I highly recommend this dealership and Roberto!
