This location Bellevue is absolutely horrible. We brought our GMC Acadia in to have the sunroof fixed it quit working and to have the radio fix nothing would come in on the radio. When I picked it up the sunroof was fixed the whole console with the garage door opener and the visors they were loose and not really connected well. To top it off the side panel on the dash was put back broken, my wife also noticed footprints on top of the dash. We brought it back to GMC two or three times and not once did they get fixed. Always busy in service and most times not an easy location to get around at. Cars everywhere like they have too many cars but no where to put them. Always a long wait time to get your vehicle in for service. Always a week to 2 weeks to get an appointment even for repeat warranty work. There car wash is broke so don’t plan on getting your vehicle back clean after they make a mess of it. Inside and out. Sales could have been more transparent about my deal too.
