I would not purchase another vehicle from the dealer. The salesman was good the finance guy was worthless and slow. The vehicle was not prepped properly due to my tight schedule. Overall a very bad experience.
Quick and easy! Jonathan Melendez was so awesome with getting us into our new truck! He answered all of our questions and made the process a breeze! Everyone is so courteous and efficient. It's evident that customer satisfaction is their priority.

I purchased a Truck there and before I completed my transaction my truck was sent for detailing. I left without noticing my front floor mats were not in the truck. I went back in a couple days later to see if they were just misplaced. Nobody could find the mats anywhere. Mehrgon helped me out and made sure that I ended up with mats in my new truck. Amazing sales experience and customer service!
Our experience at Buick GMC of Bellevue was truly excellent. We knew what we were looking for and what we were willing to pay. No one tried to talk us into something else or spending more than we wanted. Junior and Lancer were professionals and really friendly. We were pleased with the whole experience and happy about our purchase.
