I purchased a GMC Canyon AT4 on Friday but had been in touch with salesman James Liszka since December. Never any pressure. What a wonderful guy! I can't say enough about James and the team at Woody.
Terrible experience this evening. We were pressed on time and had high hopes of what to expect. Our interaction here tonight was very degrading and inappropriate from them. I specifically called and expressed that we would be coming in late and made an appointment to test drive two vehicles. I was running 15 minutes late from my appointment and it would have been 5 minutes before close time. The actual service was ok but I got charged for a service I already had done and have tried twice to contact you guys about it.
Plain and simple, best price around. You can't argue with the numbers. My salesman, Kevin was great.
