I have been trying to get into a new truck for almost two weeks now. I live in MN and have been trying to conduct business over the phone and get as much done prior to me driving 4-5hrs to pick up the truck I have had my eyes on. Not responsive Edit: after their response below nobody reached out. Every person I have spoken with at this dealership has been dismissive, apoor communicator, and give off the vibe that they have better things to do than their job. Edit 2: stay far away from this place. They have only ever messed up my car.
I've taken my 2019 gmc 4 times for the exact samething ( front brakes that were suppose to be done but they'd identify back instead. I've taken my truck back on 4 different occasions to have my front brakes repaired the. Correct way. This is just ridiculous. I really wish that I could put a zero as a waiting.
