Great service for a new tire. Kim was very personable and apologetic that my appt was not on the books. Even though that was the case, they worked me in! They definitely need to do something about whoever schedules their service appts! Kim was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. She gets 5 stars...whoever does the scheduling for the service appts gets an F! They gave me an appt for Weds at 2:15, which they failed to put on the books!
Just went for a general check up second time I’ve done this with them and they’ve always been really good and honest
My lock unlock switch went bad. Took the truck in to GMC Ft. Walton to get it fixed. Chloe waited on me and was very nice and professional. Got it fixed and all is well.
