I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of service and friendliness of the Fort Walton Beach step one. Great experience!
Got our 2500 diesel truck serviced here and the staff was wonderful from the beginning. There was miscommunication when coming to pick up the vehicle (on us for not asking), but Kim, who is not even in the service department, stepped in immediately and helped us. She went above and beyond her work duties and saved us a lot of time, money, and headache. Plus, the guy’s desk who we overtook to sign some paperwork, was also very welcoming. We will absolutely be returning for service and maybe even to purchase ;)
