My 2014 GMC Sierra has had a very intermittent no-crank issue for awhile. I was very pleased that the dealership allowed their tech John to speak to me directly vs. the usual dealership approach that has the tech only work off the write up by a service advisor at check-in. John was excellent to work with and listened to my concern and the descriptions of the symptoms of the failure. My teenage daughter woke up to a flat tire. They were able to get us right in.
Your service seems extremely good to me. I was running late on Wednesday & called to tell you, and the woman I was talking to told me I was not on the schedule. Someone had not put me on I guess. She told me to come & you would work me in. I was in & out in 1 hour, that was great !
