Still finding issues weeks later. The latest is the paint on the hood looks someone either ran a wire wheel next to it, or its slag from a cutoff wheel. Every excuse in the books will be used to delay the return of your vehicle in substandard condition. It was a tremendous fight just to get the substandard service I received. Customer beware.
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Brooksville GMC. Donnie was my service advisor as always. This visit I had to have a lot of warranty work done. It was quite the project but Donnie worked to get the warranty company to pay for all parts and labor. He was able to get me a rental as needed and communicated during the process. He came up with deadlines and delivered on time. Thank you very much for the great service and attention to detail!
