My truck was in for a check engine light and door alignment. Neither issue was fixed and now the truck is being repaired at another dealership. I sent numerous emails and left voicemails but the service advisor and 2 service managers never returned calls or emails. Per GMC customer service, I was advised to take my truck to another dealer. I have already filed complaints with GMC.
