I got Chevy Silverado 2023 running only 28k. I have the car for service for 3 call back. Car still under warranty. They charge over 1k for oil change and air filters. Labour charge 500 cad for calibration of brake(not change). They left car cabin dirty and the lady advisor said no discount no cabin cleaning. I didn't like their service with such high bills. Even they don't cover rent car for 1 day for such callback. Never go back.

Brought my truck in for diagnostics and repair on a Friday. I had an appointment, but the assigned service manager ignored me completely while I was standing at his desk for over 15 minutes until someone else took on my truck. It took all day to get get a quote and diagnosis. Service manager said he’d call me Monday to confirm ordering parts and arrange repairs since the shop was now closing. He didn’t call.
