Mark in service was amazing very helpful, as well as coming to waiting area to check on me while waiting and gave an update after checking to see how much longer it would be!! I was nervous about finding a dealership to service my vehicle it’s hard to trust people but the atmosphere of this dealership made me comfortable and will be taking my vehicle back to be serviced soon!!
Mark was great to work with on my service request. Phillip did his usual great job getting the problem fixed on my Acadia. And I enjoy meeting Tony (again) - welcome back. The lady who helped me check out went above and beyond to help me use my GMC rewards points which saved me $250 - who wouldn't appreciate that! And it was great to see David's new electric HUMMER!
