If I could rate this place under the dirt, I would! BUTCH ZELL is a straight face liar! He had me to drive over an hr to get the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude VIN# 1C4RJEAG5KC789938, to keep over night for testing/inspection. It was his suggestion so I kindly accepted. He looked me dead in the face and said, the vehicle is in excellent condition and you won't find anything wrong. Great customer service.
Worst dealership i dont understand why they lie. Drove 3 hr to do a test drive come to find out the ac dosent work, belt debis on the engine grass underneath like it was driven through a swamp. Before I ever thought about coming i asked the seller about it (Taylor) ahh its in great shape everything works perfectly. I didn't say anything about the dry rotted tires or the blown out rear air shocks. Again I dont understand why lie about it and they wander why dealership have sush a bad reputation.
