We bought a used vehicle from John and things were so easy. I came down from Halifax { where high pressure sales tactics are always used }. The vehicle was clean, ready to go and works like a gem. The price was fair { lower than vehicles in Halifax }, and the process was fast, no pressure, just a great sales experience.
I am disappointed in the level of service that i received from the Hebbville dealership. I test drove a vehicle on June 14th, and still waiting to see if i qualify for financing. If there are things that are factors affecting financing would a set of options not be good business .I have sent messages to the financing individual and have not gotten a reply back. The details on the website says, "easy credit approval" i guess i am the exception.
I had a really great experience purchasing from Ashley. She was willing to find the answer to every question I had and treated me with much kindness, patience and respect. She went out of her way to help me every step of the way! Thank you, Ashley!
Luke has no credibility, totally waste of my time with him❌❌❌ we were very interested in the car he sent us, he promised to keep it for us but he sold it one hour before my appointment. This happened twice so far, the other one we settled about price and everything then he comes back to me says they are sold. Will not choose this dealer anymore.
I was on the hunt for an SUV and was happy to find exactly what I wanted at South Shore Chev in Bridgewater. It was late Saturday afternoon, just before closing time, but the team didn’t rush us out—instead, they stayed open and were more than willing to help.
