Service department said the issue on my truck couldn't be reproduced (even though the issue showed up immediately on the way home). They also advised that the "after market air filter and lift is suspected to cause issue" even though those 2 things are completely unrelated to the issue I took my truck in for. Just because you write words down doesn't mean they are true (I feel like I was dealing with the Biden admin). They've been ok as far as warranty work goes. I won't go back there again for maintenance. An oil change, 1 wiper blade and a serpentine belt cost my wife over 400.00 dollars. That was including 198.00 dollars labor for installation of the belt that takes 15 mins.
Michael Neglio, was amazing to work with. He was professional, easy to work with, and the process went quick. Probably the quickest truck sale we've ever done. The finance side was amazing too, it went so quick and Jessica had everything ready to go. She was funny and organized, you can tell she knows what she is doing. Neither were pushy at all, and that's exactly the type of people we enjoy working with and seek out. I would recommend them to anyone.
