***UPDATE*** So, as you can see on this review, the dealership reached out and told me to call the main number to discuss my concerns. Turns out, it's just the number to the front desk. The employee I talked to said she had no idea who handles the reviews and tried to connect me to the manager. Shocking... no one answered. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would. Brought my truck in for an oil change and safety inspection. Told them the computer was saying 52% on brakes and to take a look at them. The service advisor came out and said the truck failed the safety inspection due to brakes being bad and rotors were all pitted. Said i needed rotors and pads all the way around on all 4 wheels. I was shocked as the brakes were fine and wanted a simple check to be sure on remaining life before service was needed. Gave me a "Ball park number of around 1200 to fix."
