Unsafe service and unprofessional staff — corporate must investigate I purchased a brand-new 2025 Buick Enclave in January and trusted Moore Buick GMC Jacksonville to provide professional service. On August 27, I brought it in for an oil change and to patch the back-left tire. After the service, my dashboard still showed 15% oil life, and within a week the low tire pressure light was back on.
