Brought my truck in for an oil change and safety inspection. Told them the computer was saying 52% on brakes and to take a look at them. The service advisor came out and said the truck failed the safety inspection due to brakes being bad and rotors were all pitted. Said i needed rotors and pads all the way around on all 4 wheels. All aspects of both my encounters with this service department during the past week, for different, unrelated work, were at or above my expectations.
I accompanied my friend in purchasing a Subaru Crosstrek yesterday from this dealership. A gentleman wearing a bucket hat and a gorgeous smile came out of the vehicle at the end of the purchase, and I asked him his name (Nick). I have to say that the detailing on this car was absolutely impeccable and his professionalism was noteworthy. I hope that this dealership knows they’ve got an absolute gem on their team. Highly recommended!
