Worse customer service ever. I go in to drop my vehicle off. No customer service at all.
Best way to describe them is fair. They didn't do anything fancy. Didn't heavily over buff their car price with packages. Didn't pressure or push for anything. Some times I feel regret after purchasing a vehicle but I don't regret with this place. I feel like I got a fair deal instead of feeling ripped off. A friend of mine recommended this GMC. It was great! I love how they communicate and how they keep your car clean and how their shop is clean and basically keep you apprised of everything going on and remind you of what you need done. Allen is the best by the way. He’s a great service guy who communicates well
I got recommended this dealership by a coworker (who also used to work here), Terri. She corresponded with Juan Espinoza, who diligently worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I needed. He listened, was not pushy and extremely knowledgeable about everything we asked. Things were completely transparent, and it was such a quick and seamless process. I will recommend Juan for anyone wanting to buy a car, and needs someone trustworthy for the process.
Juan Espinoza was absolutely phenomenal! We came in with very little knowledge in new car sales and he expedited the process for us and made it an absolute breeze! I have never felt more heard and seen in a dealership before. I could tell he genuinely wanted to help us and he has our best interests at heart! Terri also referred him and she helped us so much as well! I couldn’t have done it without both of them!
