***UPDATE*** So, as you can see on this review, the dealership reached out and told me to call the main number to discuss my concerns. Turns out, it's just the number to the front desk. The employee I talked to said she had no idea who handles the reviews and tried to connect me to the manager. Shocking... no one answered. If I could give this dealership zero stars I would.
