What an incredible experience! Over the years, we’ve purchased five or six cars from Mr. Steve. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and upfront, and he’s always honest. Dealing with him is super easy. The sales manager, finance manager, and general manager are all involved, helpful and welcoming. The service department is fantastic. Unsafe service and unprofessional staff — corporate must investigate I purchased a brand-new 2025 Buick Enclave in January and trusted Moore Buick GMC Jacksonville to provide professional service. On August 27, I brought it in for an oil change and to patch the back-left tire. After the service, my dashboard still showed 15% oil life, and within a week the low tire pressure light was back on.
