From the time I handed the keys to Kasey Herron I immediately took note of her professional attitude but with a light sense of humor , that made this appointment for service.. been at Mckenzie since 2018 .. the most enjoyable ever all because of a service department employee that had a continuing smile on her face that assured me I was in good hands.. ty Kasey dont loose the sparkle in your eyes or that smile with an attitude that assures the customer... thanks again

I made an appointment to have my vehicle checked due to the check engine light came on. On my appointment date I arrived on time and was told that I would received a call after my vehicle was diagnosed. I was shuttled back to my home. At approximately 11am, I called to get an update on my vehicle. I was told that my vehicle was still being worked on and before I was able to ask another question, I was disconnected by the Mariah. They had my car for 3 weeks and the service writer did not contact me to let me know why there were delays. When I talked to the service manager on a Wednesday he said he would update me on Friday and he never called me back. When I got the car we got about a half mile from the shop and car overheated due to a coolant left loose.
