Wonderful experience
I felt that once I chose my vehicle, I was pushed to the side while others were helped ahead of me. I left with OnStar not working and received no explanation about any of the vehicle’s features, maintenance schedule, or even basic details like oil changes. I arrived at 11 a.m. and didn’t leave until 6:30 p.m. — even though I already had my own financing in place. They insisted they could beat my rate, but after hours of waiting, they couldn’t. My most recent visit to McKenzie's service department only reminded me of how thankful I am I bought my 2021 Canyon from them and continue to get it serviced there. I'm pretty sure all dealers can claim the same basic vehicles and parts, but it's McKenzie's people that make it stand out in the crowd. Once again, thank you, Kasey, for your expertise and especially your amazing customer service. You made me feel you cared as much about my truck as I did.
