Very friendly staff, always great service
10 out 10 do not recommend the service dept here. Had my car towed twice for same problem to them. They never fixed the problem. Was promised that either the service dept manager or a tech would be there to talk to me when I picked up my car and conveniently everyone was gone. Worst experience with this dealership.
Place is insanely slow , bad communication, took seven months to get car fixed, Derrick is a bully and should not be in service he threatened my 67 year old mom to report the loaner stolen cause she had not returned calls for 4/5 days , after i specifically said to only call me (the son) regarding the vehicle, Derrick acted like a typical highschool bully when i arrived, would not ever recommend landmark , Especially the one on Taylorville, Landmark Taylorville is a joke of a dealership and so is Derrick. 🤡
There must be something about name Landmark. I’ve had misfortune of dealing with Landmark East in Springfield. They had my car for seven months!!!! No communication ever. I called left voice mails, emails to Jason. No replies nothing. They then proceeded to drive to Taylorville to finally have repair done. Finally told car is done. Shortly after I had purchased this car, back passenger tire kept going flat. I called spoke with Trevor/Tyler who was General Manager who said to bring it in.
