At the moment 3/6/24 I am frustrated with the service department. My vehicle stayed in the shop 12 days when I picked it up last week. I drove it one day and discovered the issue hadn't been fixed. I called the service manager and told him what was happening he said he would see me Monday morning 3/4/24 and I dropped it off at 7:30 am that morning.
