I've been to this dealership before 4 oil changes in the past. I had to make a trip back to Illinois call the day before they got me in the next day and got it done shortly after my appointment time. I did meet a super nice sales lady "Maressa". She's friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles that they have in stock. She's been there for over 5 years I believe. This is definitely a small town friendly business that cares about each person walks in the door. Highly recommend them.
Sold me a $50,000 truck and the transmission went out before reaching 100,000 miles. Had a warranty and the mileage was less than 1,000 over the expiration mileage and there was nothing they could do. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone… sold me the vehicle and was not helpful in getting any repairs covered. Do not buy a GMC Truck from this dealership!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM GMC VEHICLES!
