Really poor experience with the Service department, they have a lack of communication, we were unable to get calls back even from the Manager. Our car has been at the service department 5 times and still no remedy to our problem. It is a really frustrating experience for a truck that is under GM warranty. We will be in the market for another truck soon and will likely not shop here if it’s this frustrating to get Warranty work done.
