1/27/25 waited 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Could not rotate tires due to “swollen lugnuts. Only gave me $10 off for that. Bill was $102. Not a good experience. And I bought the vehicle from them….
Had appointment for routine service. Ignored for 40 minutes then left.
My husband and I traded in our Jeep for a Chevy Silverado and our experience was AMAZING. Eric Rogers was our salesman and he was so pleasant.
