Brought vehicle in for an oil change. Very satisfied!!
I paid A LOT of money to have my cadillac transmission replaced here. The new transmission has difficulty switching gears and makes me slow down abruptly on the freeway & it throws me forward when slowing down. Andy and the head service guy were extremely disrespectful and mean when I was just trying to get it fixed. I got in the car for a test drive with their head mechanic and he was extremely rude to the point where I was very uncomfortable and scared. He also wouldn’t let me show him what my car was doing.
