From start to finish Jimmy was Great!! Was honest and upfront about everything. We were in and out in less then 2 hours
Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! I would go as far as to call it fraud. Lied about records and will not provide documentation. Do NOT buy a car from here. Learn from my mistake, unfortunately I need to get legal representation due to their lack of transparency and unwillingness to fix the problem from purchase. I shopped for a vehicle online and made an appointment to check out the specific truck. I was greeted with enthusiasm and a friendly hello from the receptionist desk upon arrival. My salesperson, Jimmy Tatlow was next to arrive. He was courteous, professional and demonstrated excellent customer service.
