Made an appointment to get recall work done on my 80 year old invalid neighbor’s car. She can’t take it she is an invalid, her caretakers can’t take the car, they would be away from her too long. I show up and they say they don’t have parts . Very disrespectful of my time and gas prices. I’ve now had to make another appointment.
