Service department… Friendly and polite so not a one star, but could not follow through on one commitment to make a call, hit a deadline, or even hold to an appointment timeline. 3.5 days of holding a car for a diagnosis when we were told it would be that same day. Continuously told tomorrow and now next week. Unfortunately we can’t keep waiting and hoping the promises are kept.
Came here for service and no one came out to assist. They just ignored my presence and played on their computers.
