I have taken two vehicles in for different issues. With each vehicle I was kept informed of the repairs and each one was completed in a timely manner. The labor and parts cost were what I expected and we're not out of line at all. Four Stars has a very professional service team I would trust again with my vehicles.

My daughter's car overheated on the way back to school this week. Radiator fluid was leaking badly from under the hood. Jared called and said the cap to the reservoir was loose and likely emptied the system under pressure. They filled the reservoir and pressure tested the system twice. Easy fix. I asked how much we owed them, and they said, "No charge." I insisted on paying them, but they insisted on not accepting payment. I was passing through and experienced the inevitable of every drivers worry moment a flat on the road ;( I was able to pull in and I was greeted by a sweet lady Mrs. Jayne who had the service team get my tire fixed and me back on the road. The feel of the company employees who I had encountered all were really really nice they all stopped and said a word or two.
