Service department is exceptional
Purchased GMC Canyon in mid May 2024, had truck 5 weeks when brake system went bad, towed away June 17, service called next day with news, diagnosed problem but couldn’t get parts. Service department was awesome, couldn’t do not help, gave me loaner, however my wife went in to speak to owner & he wouldn’t even leave her into his office, stood in doorway to talk, some great customer service, not. Only gmc dealer around the rea. Service depth kept my husband informed. Didn't have spark plugs in stock, so it took a few extra days to finish repair.
