Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealwership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.
I took my car in for a check engine light. The intake agent plugged my car into a computer and said it looked like my turbo was the issue. I thought this was weird since the car is low mileage and hardly driven. He stated the tech would look at it and confirm by the next day since my appointment was late in the day. Two days go by and I texted the intake agent. He said again "it was likely the turbo and they would confirm". Very shortly thereafter, I was texted I needed a new turbo and it would cost $5,500. Went this morning at 7 am to get my catalytic converter replaced. I had already made an appointment last week, and when I drove in, Jean Camacho was there to greet me. He mentioned it could take a while since it had to cool down. I had already informed my job that I'd be late. I had a few complimentary cups of coffee and expresso while I waited. Well... the job was done by 9:30 a.m., and my Buick Verano was washed and vacuumed. I am very happy with the service performed and the extra touches. Thanks again for everything.
