We had a great experience at Dow. We had two sales guys Anthony and Brandon that really had to earn their money on this deal. As we spent 4 hrs in the dealership while my mother test drove like 8 cars trying to decide. My mom was is a sticky situation while her credit had a high dollar open auto loan, and the guys were honest and told us the best route to take. The guys stayed after hours to finish out the deal. Thankful for all the help and the fruit snacks and beef jerky they tossed the kids to keep them occupied.
This is the second GMC truck we have bought from Dow in Mineola. Both times we worked with Anthony Barber. He is great. Lots of knowledge about all of the Chevy and GMC autos. He will take care of you. Make sure to ask for him when you go. If you happen to need service their service department is fantastic too. Great shop.
Brandon did a great job. My wife and I told him what we’re looking for in a truck told him our budget and he pulled all the trucks to the front and let us look through all of them and take them for test drives. Thanks for staying patient with us we love our 2024 GMC Canyon.
