David Rubio was the absolute best! He made things happen! I will be using him again for my future purchases and let everyone know to go see him at Dow. Seeing green, is saving geen 🫶
We have had several of our cars serviced as well the purchase of new vehicles from DOW. It is a friendly, professional and respectful dealership my wife and I highly recommend. The staff, Zach, Shaye, Raymond, Anthony and others are always courteous and helpful. Will in service is easy to work with and exhibits the same qualities DOW "qualities". If you are looking for a trustworthy and reputable dealership, DOW Autoplex is the choice.
Excellent buying experience. Everyone was extremely professional, Brandon our salesman, Raymond the F&I manager, Ted and Shaye the new car manager. This is a first class dealership and certainly worth the drive to Mineola!
I am pleased with my experience at Dow Autoplex. The salespeople were very helpful and took me step by step through the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I was very happy with what I was offered for my trade-in, and I drove off in my new auto. Update: I trust the service team at Dow Autoplex, because they are specially trained, certified experts who use specific technology, parts, and tools that are designed for my GMC vehicle. Dow Autoplex in Mineola, Texas, is known for quality work, honesty, and good customer service. ... read more
