Very, very unhappy with service! Took in as I was getting messages my car was overheating! Took it in for service, and $1400 later they said all good. Picked it up, and less than 40 minutes later (in heavy traffic) it started again, overheating bad, with warnings, and thermostat on H (hot). Took back to Don Ledford Service Department immediately with everything still blaring! So today they informed me that it was a $16.00 Radiator Cap!! They waived the $16.00 Cap fee but I was stuck with the $1400 that I paid originally that... read more
