e came here after having a horrible experience at another dealership and had the most stress free experience thanks to Malissa. She was amazing. She made the process so easy and made us feel at ease. She was awesome to work with. Also Russell in finance was amazing at helping us fighting with the previous desertion to get what we needed done and get us taken care of. And also he was amazing at explaining every part in the process. Truly a great experience!
