I had my son's car towed in for service. The tow truck driver tried to jump it and it started. Every time he disconnected the positive terminal the car died. He told me it was the alternator. Corwin proceeded to "diagnosis" the problem when they finally got to my car. The fee for this was $190 even though I already let them know it was the alternator. I have bought vehicles from Kalispell Toyota, Don K Subaru, and finally Corwin Motors Kalispell. Of the three, Corwin has been by far the worst. We agreed on a deal that included in the contract some fixes they needed to make to close on the vehicle. It’s now been 4 months and I have made a handful of calls, walked in twice and they still haven’t held up their end of the contract. If you want a fair deal with a dealership that cares, go elsewhere.
Ashley was extremely helpful and had them take good care of my truck.
Great service and they got me out of there 20 minutes earlier than expected.
