Been a customer for the last 6 years and have felt disrespected throughout the entire process. Corwin lost a customer along with several others today.
these folks obviously are hurting for business as they have the sales team either call you at your work, or email every couple of weeks, but start out by saying there is a fine line between harassment and making sure your needs have been met-EVEN AFTER REQUESTING to be taken off all of the lists. Service manager was very friendly and respectful . He provided answers to all my questions and didn't try to be pushy in any upsaleing that wasn't needed. Tech did a good job in a timely manner. Truck was back to me when promised with zero issues.
I would recommend Corwin Motors for their vehicle maintenance and service. However, my experience with communication was frustrating. While I was waiting in the lobby for my wife’s vehicle, staff tried to call my cell phone instead of coming out to find me or calling my name. Since I had no cellular service, I ended up waiting an additional two hours unnecessarily.
