Bought a brand new equinox Ev. The propulsion unit failed after 12000 miles. Despite being under warranty, the shop refused to give me a loaner vehicle or provide alternative transportation while I had to wait for a part that is on indefinite back order!!! They told me I have to pay up front for a rental each day and they would reimburse me but that is a major expense as it is "indefinite " and I commute an hour one way for work in polson.
