Poor customer service in service department. Had early morning service appointment when I arrived I parked in the service lane and waited some 20 minutes for a service advisor to get up from their desk and check me in. Though there were three advisors sitting at their desks, occasionally looking directly at me none felt motivated enough to actually get up. I finally just left. I will never return for repairs or to purchase a vehicle at Corwin Motors. I will make a point of letting family and friends know of my negative experience and encourage them (and people they know) to go elsewhere.
