I had a great experience at Brown & Wood. The staff and management all treat me with great customer service and satisfaction. The products offered here are of good quality.
I had a great experience when purchasing the vehicle and that's where it stops. I got home and the bed cover would not open. So, I scheduled an appointment. I took it in and the first words out of the technician's mouth was we knew about the issue. I didn't say a word and left it for them to fix. They called a few hours later and said a part came in to fix the battery they needed to install. I didn't order a part and knew nothing about it. They asked to keep it overnight and I said yes. Jerome is my salesperson and he is one of the many reasons why I lease 2 autos from Brown & Wood. He makes myself and my wife feel very comfortable and know when we need help we can call him directly. Once our leases are signed he continues to keep in touch with us over the time of the lease if he can help us in any way. I have a neighbor that also leases with Brown & Wood and Jerome is her salesperson also. We are all very happy and very comfortable knowing Jerome is always there for us.
