John did a great job with customer service and keeping me aware of work progress. He was very friendly and courteous. John also made sure I receive the inspection report and knew the conditions of various items inspected and recommendation for work in the near future. I do have concerns that my cost of an oil change only seems to be the same as my cost of an oil change with a tire rotation even when I have a discount coupon.
