Josh @ Bob Johnson service department went above and beyond to help me out on my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. Very professional and knowledgeable, understanding and works great with the public. Hope the management team sees this and realize it’s employees like this that are hard to find.
Wouldn’t let me post without giving a star, but really no stars given.I have bought many many cars, this was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I went there with a check ready to buy, the 1st car I was looking at smelled like smoke so bad I couldn’t stand to be inside of it so I looked at the same car just different color. I called 5 times looking to talk to someone and no one seems to want to waste time talking to me about a truck so i guess that’s how they work they hang up on people or they don’t answer their phones that’s a real good way to lose business I don’t care if there business or not at the end of the day they should make an effort to reach out I’m done calling them now it’s there turn to show me they want my business
Might have just been this visit, but salesman didn't listen, just pushed to try and sell a new vehicle.
