Great customer service wait time was a few minutes
Have had nothing but issues almost since day one. They sold me on a Chevy Bolt, paperwork signed, etc. Then before they hand me the keys they tell me the battery fried on their chargers and had to be replaced. They told me two weeks, sent me away in a loaner vehicle (dirty, broken backup camera.) Two weeks go by, nothing. I call them, they tell me they can get me into one of their other Bolts, which both had lemon titles. That’s when they reveal the batteries are on back order and will be out of stock for months.
