The worst buying experience ever! I bought a brand new 2025 Chevy Blazer SS. The vehicle had hail damage when I bought it. It went in for the hail damage 2 weeks later. When I got the car back, I noticed that there were 2 dings not repaired, but even worse, there were items taken from my vehicle. The vehicle was also absolutely filthy, inside and out. Dropped my GMC Sierra truck off for service. The guy at the desk was very friendly and so was the mechanics that came out to help me and talk to me about my issues. They called me every day with updates and my truck was ready for pickup within a couple days after parts arrived.
Frustrating; took my car in for oil change and mileage service and to reset tire sensor light. They didn't reset light. I brought it up and they told me to bring car back. When I did they told me I need new sensors. I had just had them all replaced. Customer service is lacking. I bring my car to dealership for good service and I havn't been getting it lately. Brakes are still squeaky after brake job as well
The best experience ever. Went to look at a Trailblazer met Tony the nicest Man . No preasure with in 10 minutes iI bought the car. Went in Saturday to sign and pick up took my daughter with me to look for her. Love the Equinox Tony gave her the keys to check it out and she bought that one . So we where there for over 3 hours with two fanatics vehicles. We both just love them the whole crew on that day were so nice and friendly. Felt like family. Jerry Steiner Chevrolet provided the worst service I've ever had on a vehicle. Had a shimmy in the right front tire. Brought my 2023 Bolt in for diagnosis and repair. First of all I didn't get a response to my texts for over a day. Had to call Dan personally to get a response. Diagnosis was that I needed an alignment. Approved the alignment but had to call to get a quote. Received no call when the repair was done. Had to call for that. I took my car in to the service department a couple weeks ago and had to get a rental car. They told me it would take a couple days. That turned into 5 days and that's only because I called and told them I want my car back. I took it in again to get my tires replaced. They said bring it in before 8am and it would take a couple hours. I had to call them at 2pm and it still wasn't done. I sat on hold for 15 minutes before someone got on the phone and told me they had the car in the bay and it should be finished in a half ... read more
Bought a 2024 truck from them. Sales was fine, shortly after purchase truck stopped running. Spent 2 full weeks waiting on a truck to work. Biggest problem is the service department was non communicative throughout the process. Could never get a hold of anyone. Drove down 4 times to get answers. It is one thing to make a sale it is another to not be able to service it. Most staff are apathetic to any concern you have. Will not do business with them for any future needs.
Made an appointment and was told they would need my car by 8:00AM to be able to finish it in one day. I called at 5 and they were confused and not sure if they had my car. After they figured it out they told me they got really busy and didn't even look at it. Needless to say, I will be finding another dealer for my factory required services.
