Seems like everyone has had great experiences here, however not me. I came to this dealership 2 years ago, and I actually made a deal for a truck. I ended up signing the documents, was going to pay cash. They advised they haven't finished with there full inspection on the vehicle, so they will call me once that is complete and I can bring my check. 3 days later, they said inspection failed, and I could not purchase it. I purchased my Yukon with the help of Mike Sharif, and I’d like to say he was an excellent salesperson. He went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted, and I highly recommend working with him. Mike definitely deserves 5 stars! However, my overall experience with the dealership has been disappointing when it comes to follow-up service. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed an issue with the belt upon startup. I came in looking for specifics and when I say John Ivanic delivered just that. He is an amazing salesman and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy throughout the entire process. I appreciate the professionalism provided by Wesley and his GMC tech, who took care of my oil change (along with checking my tire pressures, topping off my fluids, inspecting my truck and having it washed). I was able to quickly get back to my work day. Thank you guys.
My truck sat there for a week and never even got diagnosed. Don’t even give you a loaner car to drive until they can diagnose the problem, even though the vehicle is still on factory warranty. Second time in a row I’ve gotten the vehicle back with damage caused from leaving it there. When asked how the vehicle was coming along was told I can come pick it up anytime I want if I need it, so what’s the point in leaving it there? No sense in going back again. Apparently, they’re so wealthy, they don’t need your business.
