Myriam in the service department was sooo so rude and had a nasty attitude. I was trying to pickup my car after receiving a text that it was ready 4 hours earlier. She was very dismissive and told me that it may not be ready because my service provider had left and she couldn’t find my paperwork nor my keys and that I would have to come back on Monday despite my car being parked right out front. Very easy process. Happy with my new car.
Do NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE. Brand new 100k dually and they send it out the door with the chrome wheels facing in , and steel wheel to the outside. What kind of mechanic would take pride in this ?? And how does the service advisor not notice ? And why did the service manager working on September 6th hang up on me when I called to have this fixed ?? DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE !!!!!!!!!
17 minutes getting transferred around trying to find the cost of an alignment just to be sent to a voicemail. Time to find a different dealership. I've never been able to make a deal here but the service is absolutely amazing. I was very nervous buying my first gmc after driving cadillac for 20 years and having amazing service at Sewell but this gmc dealer is just as good as my Cadillac dealer.
