Experience was excellent. Oil change didn't take long. Car was washed which was very helpful. Henry was amazing. He is so personable and makes you feel like royalty.
Worst customer service ever. Applied for 2 Hummer Evs for my businesses and they somehow lost the applications from MAY. Spoke to various employees like Alyssa, Ashely, London, Monese and not one could help locate them (but when I would call once a month they said not to worry because if they had updates they would be in contact) so basically I have to reapply again but I won’t be doing so at this location. Norm was a great salesman. Great listener, doesn’t try to sell you what he wants, he focuses on what you want. Good experience with finance and business manager. This is the second car we’ve bought from Norm and Arnie Bauer and it has been a pleasant experience both times.
Outrageous prices and horrible and extremely slow service. Please take your money elsewhere
