Brought my car here for some repairs through my extended warranty. I was told that the extended warranty denied the claim. Called the dealer. I purchased the vehicle and they tell me that the repairs are covered under my extended warranty. When I came to pick up my car they left the trim panel off, which is pretty poor. If you ask me since it’s a Cadillac dealer, you would think that they would put everything back together. I spoke with two different representatives over the course of two days to confirm the availability of a very specific vehicle. I made it clear from the beginning that I was only interested in that exact car—nothing else. Because of the distance, I asked to handle the process remotely, but they refused.
