Very smooth process for my vehicle repairs. Was able to get a loaner car overnight which was helpful. Adam handled everything professionally and efficiently.
I purchased a so called certified pre owned vehicle from this location about six weeks ago. The experience was Ok until we had the car for about a week or two and noticed it was loud around the exhaust area when we started the vehicle. Today we took the car in for an oil change and a diagnostic on what the issue could be. Unfortunately, they revealed to my wife and I that the catalytic converter has a crack in it!
