I drove two hours to get a truck from these guy and the service was exceptional! Great people and made is so smooth and easy. Before, during, and after the buy, Eric Hebert took Great care of me. Definitely recommend this place.
Drove all the way from Batson tx to purchase from these guys and It’s pretty freaking sad that my car is THREE months old the FIRST time I washed the love bugs off it the paint is peeling. Mind you I paid idk how much for extra warranty and they refuse to fix the paint it’s BRAND NEW! And now I’m scared to wash them off my car anymore because it’s gonna peel even more 😩- do better ALLStar Buick and GMC!! They said it’s rock chips 🤯 It’s crappy paint, and customer service!
One of the worse car buying experiences I've had. Please buy from a dealer in Texas if you can. Everything in me told me to wait until a dealer in Beaumont had the Yukon that I wanted in stock. As I had been to Allstar, but the salesman that I was originally dealing with left. That should have been my sign. The second salesman truly didn't want to sell me a car. I want to thank the service department for getting my car in and the mechanic quickly fixing the problem, the mechanic who knew what the issue was and fixed it, the sweet lady who cane pick me up to get my car.
