Front desk was great. Got my warranty issue taken care of care of the same day and they were very courteous. Thank you to the engineers that fixed my vehicle with no other issues.

I was assisted by Cassie; she was very professional. Service was very timely and when I arrived to pick up my car, Cassie explained everything that had been done. However, I was disappointed to discover that, in spite of staff checking/rotating my tires, my tires were not properly inflated. One was at 30 psi and three were at 31 psi. I thought that they would have inflated to the standard 35 psi.

They Had my vehicle for 27 days and never updated me on the problem unless I called. I called twice and both days my advisor was out and someone was supposed to cal and never did. I had to call agin for update. Third time I called to get an update the wanted me to wait on a call back and I said no I would have my salesman look into it. At that point I got a call right back from service. Also when picking up my vehicle, the front drivers side panel had dirt and what looks like grass shavings all over it.
