I called the service dept. Asked to have my truck scheduled for a diagnostic on the infotainment display system. I was told it would most likely need replaced and it would be $1200. I asked if they could just tell me If the screen was faulty or the module behind the glove box was bad. They said they would just replace the screen first and see if that fixed it.
