I’ve never left a bad review before, but this experience wasn’t great. I called about a truck listed online and was told it was available, so I drove out that evening. After test driving and going over financing, I was then told someone else already had a deposit and credit app in on it — which should have been mentioned before I made the trip. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This dealership and its employees are amongst the most unprofessional and dishonest people I’ve ever encountered. I bought a 2023 Tahoe that started off with the vehicle itself still dirty and had trash in it from previous owners stuffed inside pockets and the seats after they claimed it was detailed. Within 1 week we had the check engine light and several other error codes arise. They have now serviced it twice to no avail. It is now throwing the same errors and check engine lights ... read more
